Diligent Home Inspection

I strive to embody my belief of 'Inspecting as if for family.' With nearly three decades of experience as a homeowner and contractor, and having completed approximately 1,600 inspections as an inspector, I prioritize diligence in my work. My fees are primarily based on square footage and are reasonably priced. The reports that I generate include photos and comments and are sent as PDF files via email on the same day as the inspection. While clients are welcome to join me during the inspection, it is not mandatory. I am always available to be contacted by phone or text.
