Emma has been exceptional! I am absolutely thrilled with the progress Gunner has made. Despite trying various methods to combat Gunner's potty training regression, I felt no improvement until Emma stepped in. Emma patiently listened, comprehended and tailored a training plan to meet our specific requirements. Gunner has been consistently accident-free and has also developed restraint skills. Detailed notes on the session activities and guidance for practice between sessions are provided by Emma. She is highly professional, well-organized, and devoted to her dog trainees. For five weeks, Emma has been training our Goldador pup Rylee, who is now 7 months old. The change in Rylee has not gone unnoticed as he has mastered basic commands, except for a little more work on walking on a leash. Currently, Emma is working on Rylee's interaction skills with other dogs and people. We appreciate the personal attention that Emma gives us, including written follow-ups after each lesson. Emma even involves our older dog Haylee in the training to avoid making her feel left out of the process. Emma takes the time to explain her methods to us and our dog, and it shows in the results. We are excited for our next session where we can interact with Emma's dogs and continue working on Rylee's interactions. We give Emma five stars for her super knowledgeable work and ability to get the job done!

In early December 2020, I reached out to Emma in search of a rescue dog for my family. Emma met with us prior to finding the perfect pet and provided guidance tailored to our needs. Sprocket, who joined our family in January, has undergone obedience, housebreaking, crate training, and socialization with Emma's assistance. As a first-time dog owner, I had no clue where to start, but Emma patiently taught my spouse, children, and me how to raise a puppy appropriately. Emma's one-on-one sessions were excellent, and she also advised us on food related issues. We are grateful for her contribution, and her expertise prompted us to refer two other families who have recently welcomed a pup into their life to Emma. She is undeniably an asset.
