This is extremely lacking in professionalism! Diego had promised to come to my place to clean my pool, but he didn't show up and disappeared! I have scheduled guests and needed a one-time cleaning with the potential of hiring him regularly depending on his performance. What a pity and how impolite of him! I will never hire him or his family's company due to the terrible customer service he provided. If you are in need of a pool technician, I suggest finding someone else! I am not interested in working with Diego.
