As a Civil Celebrant, I officiate both traditional and nontraditional wedding ceremonies, as well as vow renewals in Virginia and West Virginia, and I happily welcome same-sex couples. Every couple's Wedding Day is a momentous occasion, and I am excited to be a part of creating unforgettable memories for those embarking on their journey together. It is worth noting that I operate with legal certification in both Virginia and West Virginia.
