After receiving the quote from Raul, I reached out to him to schedule an installation date. However, I never received a response despite sending multiple messages on CrackerJack. Even after a week of attempting to contact him, he continued to ignore my messages. Today, I noticed that he had viewed my message on CrackerJack but immediately went offline without replying. It's disappointing that our communication was great until I tried to hire him. As a result, I am in search of someone else to handle the installation. At the very least, he could have responded to inform me that he is no longer interested in the job rather than leaving me hanging.
