Our project received a response from Rod, who demonstrated a great deal of knowledge and honesty. He prioritizes unit preservation over replacement, potentially providing a cost-saving benefit. Rod was quick to respond and attentive, efficiently performing significant maintenance on our A/C units and repairing our swamp coolers. As I couldn't be there to oversee the work, Rod thoughtfully sent before-and-after photos, in addition to a comprehensive explanation of his findings and his work done. Moreover, Rod and his team went above and beyond by cleaning our entire roof section and drainage area, helping to prevent water backup. During a scorching heatwave, our air conditioning system failed, the worst it had been in half a decade. It was a huge struggle to get a technician out to fix it. Thankfully, Rod arrived precisely 30 minutes after our call, just as he had promised. He identified and repaired the capacitor problem without delay, and even assisted in cleaning the coils. Additionally, he stayed around to check the amperage repeatedly to ensure it was functioning properly before departing.
