For over a year now, Daniel has been my dedicated personal trainer and I'm extremely satisfied with the results I've achieved. It all began in July of 2021 when I set a goal to appear fit and toned in my May 2022 wedding. It's been three months since my wedding, but I'm still going strong with Daniel's personal training!
Initially, I was concerned about gaining too much mass, but Daniel allayed my fears by customizing my sessions to suit my objectives. His approach to training was methodical, taking into account the areas where I was experiencing difficulty, the aspects I aimed to enhance, and the regions of my body I sought to concentrate on. He urged me to establish definite goals, and also provided me with nutritional objectives. I appreciated being able to eat what I wanted while tracking my protein intake, which made a significant difference in my program.
