Adrian and Dwain, two friends and former teammates, founded DH1 Construction. With a shared heritage and a commitment to client satisfaction, efficiency, and craftsmanship, our team can be found working on various job sites, from new construction to kitchen remodels to building fences. Regardless of the project's size, we work diligently to bring our clients' vision to life while also prioritizing the satisfaction of our staff.

This is because we view our client relationships as more than just transactional; we approach each project as if our own children will be living in the home. When we require the services of craftsmen like plumbers or electricians, we schedule them carefully to avoid project delays.

At DH1 Construction, we pride ourselves on our ability to respond to unique constraints and challenges on each job site. For example, one client loved a vanity but discovered that it wouldn't fit with the newly installed plumbing. Rather than abandoning the vanity altogether, we removed and redesigned the drawer to fit around the plumbing, reinstalling it to the client's satisfaction. Our value is not only in our ability to complete standard workflows but also in our creativity and problem-solving skills.
