My pricing for constructing a cover varies between $9-22 per square foot for metal covers based on the type. For wooden covers, the cost ranges from $18-35 per square foot. As for decks, pine decks cost $12 per square foot, cedar decks cost $20 per square foot and composite decks cost $30 per square foot. On average, constructing a screen room costs $85 per running foot, up to 10ft tall.

Without changing its original meaning-
A pool fence and cover were built by Chris and his son, and they did a fantastic job. The best part was that no advance payment was asked for, and the pricing was quite reasonable. I would surely hire them again.
