I secured an appointment for the following day and the technician arrived within the allotted time frame. However, the tech failed to make a 30-minute prior call. The problem was identified and resolved on site, and the price seemed reasonable. The process of doing business was also hassle-free. Unfortunately, the office phone is not always operational when attempting to make a call.
