Wow, I was absolutely amazed! I never expected Ken from KLA Lawn Service to start right away, but he did. :) I'm beyond thrilled!!! This is what excellent customer service looks like - could it have gone any better? I don't think so! My previous lawn service, Bestway Lawn Service, was a complete disaster. They thought it was funny to take my money but neglect the two small areas in my backyard, only doing what was visible from the street. Thank you, Ken, for coming through for me when I most needed it. God bless you!
