As a ServSafe certified professional, I ensure all meals are prepared in a reputable and inspected kitchen. With a broad range of experience managing and working at acclaimed restaurants such as Blue Ginger, Sel De La Terre, and L'Espalier, to name a few, I have also spent time training at Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC and Animal in Los Angeles. I arranged for Adam to cook for our anniversary dinner and I am thrilled with the outcome! He was exceptional! Though I had not hired a private chef before, Adam's excellent customer service and pleasant demeanor put me at ease. He is a fantastic conversationalist and an incredible chef. I was so full at the end of the meal that I wished I could have indulged in more of his delicious dishes! We will definitely recommend him to our loved ones and eagerly await the next special occasion when we can have him cook again.

Adam's personable nature, responsive attitude, and superior quality of food surpassed that of any restaurant in the area. He is a highly skilled chef, providing detailed information on each exquisite plate, and instilling confidence in his guests to recreate his creations. Chef Adam was hired by us to prepare food for our anniversary, which turned out to be an extraordinary experience as his culinary skills were phenomenal. Adam's arrival left us in awe of the extraordinary experience he provided. In celebration of my wife's birthday, he prepared a delightful four course meal and added a thoughtful touch by bringing flowers.
The food was simply unforgettable, leaving us wishing we could replicate it at home. The meal began with an outstanding dish of arugula salad with candied fennel, mint, and burrata. We were also thrilled with his fusilli pasta which featured crab sofrito and sourdough crumble. The food scored a perfect 10/10. Adam collaborated with me beforehand to ensure the menu catered to our preferences, making it even better.
We're now engaging Adam's services for our regular meals at home, and he's proven to be an incredible chef. We wholeheartedly recommend him!
