Although Rachel was professional and provided a service, our virtual consultation had its challenges. She did offer valuable assistance in selecting key fixtures, providing layout suggestions, and curating furnishing options. However, due to the format, it was difficult to achieve a true shared understanding. Despite clearly putting in time and effort, we did encounter some issues. Rachel missed some of the inspiration photos I shared at the beginning, which led to our initial designs being off base. Although we tried to recover fully, the end result was only okay. One issue I raised was about the paint color in the east-facing living room lacking warmth. Unfortunately, the color options provided didn't quite hit the mark, and the resulting colors feel cold. Although the curated items were useful, they didn't provide the personalized feel I was hoping for. Rather, the items felt commercial, and I ended up returning many of them. While I appreciate Rachel's efforts, I am unlikely to use a virtual consult again, as our shared understanding was limited and ultimately missed the mark.

Working with Rachel has been a delight. Right from the beginning, she had a clear understanding of our requirements and used her expertise to bring our vision to life through innovative 3D rendering. Her constant supply of paint colors and fixture samples helped us make informed decisions while her creative designs allowed us to save big on costs.
