Our recent home purchase came with outdated and poorly installed laminate and carpet flooring. After realizing the high cost quoted by a previous contractor, we sought out four additional quotes, including one from Home Depot. Design & Elegance offered the most competitive pricing and professional service. Their team expertly removed over 1000 sq-ft of old flooring and replaced it with beautiful LVP floors and new baseboards. To have engineered hardwood installed on our main floor, we enlisted the services of Design & Elegance. Milene, their representative, promptly responded to our request and visited us within a day to assess the project and provide a quote. She was quick to respond and thorough in answering our queries during the decision-making process.
We opted for Design & Elegance for the job, and they were able to commence work within a week. This timeline was ideal since we had other tasks to be completed and needed the floors to be finished first. Each day, they apprised us of their progress, and being on vacation during the first week of installation, we received photos frequently.
