The technician's workmanship and determination to achieve perfection left a lasting impression on me. However, the pre-drilled holes in the back of the TV did not match the existing mount, and we encountered the same issue with the sound bar installation. The technician presented several solutions, and I ultimately decided to purchase a new flat screen. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon, I quickly went to Costco, purchased a replacement, and the technician returned to complete the installation a couple of hours later.
