Initially, I encountered difficulty communicating with the office. Despite texting and calling, I received inconsistent messages. Nevertheless, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled an estimate. The owner, Patrick, arrived several days later to price the job. While I thought his quote of $350 for cleaning six windows and some doors on the second floor was steep, the windows were dirty, so I agreed to proceed. Carmen from the office contacted me 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm and elucidated the rain guarantee. However, 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time, Patrick called to express anger and frustration. He barked at me that there was no rain guarantee, interrupting me when I tried to clarify. Despite my attempts to calm him down and communicate, he continued to be rude, even referring to me as a problematic customer before beginning work. This behavior made me uncomfortable and caused me to cancel the job and report his attitude to the office. Maribel, a representative from the office, acknowledged that this was an ongoing problem. As property managers with multiple properties, we would not use this company again at any price.

Patrick and his team performed exceptionally well! They were punctual and worked diligently to complete the task efficiently and to a high standard in a timely manner.

The overall encounter was exceptional. The appointment booking conducted by the office staff, along with the estimate and the crew that arrived, were all conducted in a professional manner. They managed to finish the task within the allotted timeframe and the standard of the service was the greatest I have received from any window cleaning service, be it in any of my businesses or residences.

I am delighted with my decision to opt for Desert Brite as my window cleaning service. I have made arrangements for them to perform periodic cleanings all year round. Our house has windows that are decades old and had severe water stains, making us contemplate replacing them. However, that is no longer necessary thanks to Desert Brite.

Patrick, the manager, was both professional and friendly! Moreover, the crew was exceptional and kept everything neat and tidy. Compared to various other companies I've employed in the desert, they performed the best job. I strongly recommend them!
