Our trainers are second to none. Derek Jackson is a multidisciplinary expert in nutrition, exercise, and health science, having excelled as a three-sport athlete during high school. He has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training course and is currently pursuing a master's degree in kettlebell training. Derek has also collaborated with physical therapists to aid athletes in returning to peak performance following an injury. He is passionate about perfecting technique, improving sprinting mechanics, and devising customized programming, and has been coaching athletes of all skill levels and ages since 2017.
