Finding efficient and high-quality contractors can be a daunting task for first-time homeowners. However, after conducting multiple interviews, my husband and I ultimately selected Luciano Dellanno Flooring. With his expertise in subfloor leveling, flooring and transition installation, stair tread replacement, and baseboard installation, we felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. Luciano and his crew worked tirelessly for over 24 hours on-site, completing the installation process for over 1000 square feet. From this experience, we learned to ensure the cost of finishing is included, such as caulking and sealing the baseboard and having all wood cuts completed outside of the home due to the dust it creates. We are eager to work with Luciano on future projects and express our thanks to Dellanno Flooring.
