After careful consideration, I have decided to share my experience with this small business despite my reluctance to leave negative feedback. I encountered multiple issues during my recent engagement with them and feel compelled to convey the truth. I informed them that the house was in an extremely messy state prior to their arrival. Although they indicated that it would cost more to clean than their initial estimate upon seeing the space, I was willing to pay the increased amount. My clear requirement was that every nook and cranny be cleaned, including the walls for which I paid an extra fee. The cost of their services was $550, excluding gratuity, for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom area. Upon inspection, I discovered that the walls, cabinets, drawers, doors, vents, and even basic areas such as the countertops remained unclean. I acknowledge that the two cleaning personnel who worked throughout the day did so diligently and deserved the compensation. However, given that I paid extra for comprehensive cleaning, it is disappointing that the job was incomplete. I would have happily paid more and extended the timeline had I known beforehand. Instead, I now have to return and rework numerous areas that had been previously overlooked. Furthermore, I noticed that the workers left the AC set at 62 degrees and a light on upon completion. Undoubtedly, the Florida heat can be unbearable, and I do not begrudge them for setting the temperature at a comfortable level. However, it is unexpected that they did not set it back to the previously agreed-upon temperature of 74 degrees before leaving. The house remained unchecked for a period, exacerbating unnecessary energy expenses that will be reflected on my forthcoming utility bill. In closing, I express my apologies for the unfavorable review, and wish the business the best in their future endeavors. I believe that this experience was just a misalignment, and I hope that they continue to prosper and advance.

K&K provided exceptional cleaning services for our move out deep cleaning. Despite being given short notice, they did an excellent job cleaning the baseboards, making the oven look brand new, and dedicating ample time to ensure the entire property was spotless.
