Joshua Gass was an absolute pleasure to work with when we needed to replace carpeting in two guest rooms and our primary closet in our newly purchased Chattanooga home. Our needs were quite specific, requiring matching engineered hardwoods for a home built in 2016, which Josh handled with incredible diligence and tenacity. The result is gorgeous and we're thrilled! The high-performance faux sisal recommended for our primary closet is particularly impressive and the engineered hardwoods in the guest rooms match so perfectly that no one would ever know they weren't installed at the time the home was built. Josh expertly executed the installation with his hand-selected team of installers. In addition to his professional excellence, Josh was also a joy to work with, and we plan to have him over for taco night! Highly recommended!
