I engaged his services after accepting his quote but he failed to turn up as agreed on Friday. When I reached out to him later that day, he alleged that he had communicated about the need to reschedule which was not the case. Nonetheless, he expressed his intention to meet on Saturday. On the d-day, he arrived and surprisingly asked for double the initially quoted amount. Based on his claim, he had quoted for a 1-5k square feet job whereas my project was for 5-10k square feet as highlighted in the job posting.
