1. Tailored Training: Utilizing your goals, schedule, equipment, and current fitness level to create a customized workout plan to help you achieve results. 2. Personalized Nutrition: Based on your fitness goals and current physical state, you'll be provided with macro/calorie counts to tailor your meals accordingly. 3. Weekly Accountability: Weekly check-ins provide an opportunity for you to share photos, measurements, and biofeedback with me, allowing me to make adjustments to your protocol to help you stay on track.

Darbi is an exceptional coach! Initially, I hesitated to employ an online coach as I believed I required an in-person accountability partner. However, my belief was proven wrong after witnessing Darbi's efficiency. Darbi ensures to check in with her clients at least once a week to offer guidance and support. Her knowledge on nutrition, training, and recovery is remarkable! When I began working with Darbi, my aim was to develop muscle and burn fat. However, I soon realized that I was not consuming enough food to meet my goals. Darbi was incredibly helpful and understanding during my reverse diet. Without her, I would not have attained my current position! We raised my food intake by 800 calories daily, prioritized progressive gym routines, and upheld daily habits like achieving my step goal, water goal, and stress management.
