In summary, my experience was exceedingly favorable. Right from the start of my communication with Saul, the proprietor, he was highly receptive and remained that way throughout the entire process. He gave me thorough explanations of the different epoxy flooring alternatives (number of coats, finish types, and finishing alternatives), and his pricing was transparent for all the options. Despite some of his employees calling in sick on the first day, Saul himself showed up at the site and worked in their stead. They arrived at the promised time, and the end result is a great-looking floor. Thus, I highly recommend Decorative Concrete Solutions.
