To begin with, Ralph and Rocky successfully completed a job that another contractor had abandoned, which is a testament to their skill and dedication. Despite supply chain difficulties, Murray's team was able to utilize materials left over from the previous contractor to ensure the project's completion without unnecessary delays.
In addition to being hardworking, Ralph, Rocky, Abe, and their colleagues were incredibly kind and respectful throughout the process. They endured challenging weather conditions without any complaints that were audible to me, and Ralph and Rocky were always available to respond promptly and comprehensively to any inquiries or concerns I had, or to notify the town authorities as needed.
Finally, after many years without a deck, my family and I have found our ideal backyard oasis thanks to Murray's excellent work.
