Karlton's professionalism is unparalleled. In addition, his cuisine is both scrumptious and visually stunning. After being won over by his german chocolate and red velvet cakes, my daughter requested Cornbread & Caviar as the caterer for her formal 21st birthday celebration at Brooklyn's Remsen Hall this past February. The caliber of service and level of professionalism exceeded our expectations, and our attendees are still singing his praises! We couldn't have made a better choice.

Our international food tasting was a success thanks to Karlton's exceptional catering service. He was highly accommodating to our needs and impressively developed a menu that left everyone satisfied. Karlton conducted himself professionally throughout the event and was a pleasure to work with. However, I would suggest improving the email communication leading up to the event.

I used to frequent the original Cornbread & Caviar restaurant and was blown away by their exceptional Aviance and delicious food. I was heartbroken when they closed their doors, but my feelings were soon assuaged when I discovered their catering service. Chef Carlton and his team catered my sister's pre-wedding party with great success, and his oxtails have since become a staple at our family's Thanksgiving celebrations. This past Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised by their delicious lasagna dish. Additionally, their ability to bake is impressive, but what truly sets them apart is their unwavering consistency; I have never had a negative experience with them. They offer a diverse and outstanding menu, earning my five-star rating!

Rarely do you come across catering that combines exceptional service with remarkable flavor but they pulled it off with ease.
