The contractor arrived punctually as scheduled. However, I find the cost of the job to be exorbitant. The replacement of a small window and its waterproofing set me back $450, despite the window being fairly old. I would prefer to invest a bit more and have a full set of new windows installed if they are unable to remedy any other window-related problems.

Nas provided excellent assistance in replacing three panels for our front bay window. Punctuality was not an issue as he arrived on time to offer a quote. The rates were promptly delivered, and upon our decision to proceed with his services, he informed us he would contact us to schedule the installation once the glass was ready. To our surprise, the installation was completed within a week of the quote, demonstrating Nas' remarkable responsiveness and amicability. Additionally, Nas went above and beyond our expectations. One of the window latches was faulty, but he took it upon himself to replace it even though we had the part. The entire experience was fantastic!
