In just 2 days, the crew completed all the work, but upon inspecting the basement, Kevin suggested an alternative solution that would be more advantageous for our needs. The only hiccup was the delayed arrival of our triple safe sump pump, which the crew promptly installed the next day. I'm excited about having a dry basement with the new changes.

Updates were not provided until I called, and the work was finished almost 6 weeks after the deposit was made. It would benefit the company to provide timely updates to their customers. The job was completed in approximately four hours using three men, a backhoe, and another piece of equipment to set the piers in. The contract only allows a grace period for negotiation or cancellation of two or three days, which should be extended as nothing custom-made was involved. Unfortunately, I do not know the individual cost of the materials used. However, we paid $3200 for the job and were promised a 75-year warranty. The workers were polite, but we are left wondering if the expense was justified by the work performed.
