When my furnace stopped working, Rick provided immense assistance. Despite being aware that my furnace was outdated and that it required a replacement, I informed him that I couldn't replace it immediately. He managed to repair it instead. Unlike other companies who did not even bother to inspect it, some attempted to persuade me into purchasing a new one.
