DayOne was prepared for installation from the very beginning. As one of the initial experts on TT to contact me, he was ready to get to work right away. He came to help me with a malfunctioning doorbell, but discovered that the wiring was flawed. DayOne presented various options to repair the issue and proposed methods that were less invasive for our new residence. In addition, he took the opportunity to install the Nest Smart thermostat while he was here. Without hesitation, DayOne efficiently set up the device and even went to retrieve a trim kit to make sure it would look seamless on the wall. He truly made this process a pleasant one. I highly recommend DayOne.
