Throughout the entire process, Chef Dave was amazing. He was highly responsive to my emails during the menu planning stage and provided helpful guidance for the direction I wanted to take. However, all the dishes were fully customized by me. Chef Dave even made some changes along the way, by replacing certain items. I would highly recommend him and can't wait to taste his delicious food again!

My family of six was treated to an exquisite Christmas Dinner prepared by Chef Dave. He whipped up an impressive spread, comprising of two succulent meats, three delectable sides, an additional entree complemented with fluffy white rice, an appetizer that tantalized our taste buds, and a heavenly dessert that served as the perfect finale to our wonderful meal. Chef Dave's expertise was evident in every dish, as the meats were well-seasoned, juicy and flavorful, while the sides complemented the main course perfectly. The dessert was the perfect ending to an already incredible meal. We were so impressed by the abundance of food presented to us that we had ample leftovers to send home with my brother, freeze for New Years Day, and to enjoy over Christmas. Chef Dave was not only punctual, but friendly and professional, and left an indelible impression on us. It goes without saying that my family and I would undoubtedly engage Chef Dave's services in the future.
