I am David Barta, a native of Southern California and a former Division 1 Athlete from Loyola Marymount University. Over the past five years, I have trained people in the Los Angeles area. When it comes to training, I customize my approach based on each individual's specific needs, but my focus is always on strength training and flexible eating habits. I have access to gym facilities in Beverly Hills and Marina Del Rey, and I can bring my equipment to you if necessary. I offer various packages based on the duration and number of sessions you're interested in. In addition to traditional workouts, I also offer boxing training.
