Dave Cipriani (ONLINE) Guitar Lessons

My name is Dave Cipriani and I firmly believe that music can be a source of healing for our soul, mind, and body. It allows us to release our pain and experience joy while accessing deeper parts of ourselves that may be difficult to reach in everyday life. Through music, we connect with our hearts and find solace, comfort, and joy that we may have forgotten. It can lead to wholeness and acceptance, and I believe it has the potential to create positive change in the world. As a musician and teacher, I have witnessed my students reconnect with themselves and find beauty in their experience.

As for my technical teachings, I offer beginner to advanced lessons for guitar, ukulele, piano (beginner to intermediate), bass, and vocals. I teach a wide range of styles, including jazz, rock, folk, classical, blues, African, Celtic/Irish, Balkan (Eastern European), and North Indian Classical. I can also teach Indian slide guitar (Mohan Vina), Indian music for Western instruments, and basic Indian (raga) vocals.

I work with my students to find a balance between technical development and music that inspires them to practice. I charge $80/hour, $60/45 minutes, and $40/30 minutes, with package discounts available. I also offer gift certificates and a sliding scale for those who are serious about lessons but cannot afford the full rate. Payment can be made through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, cash, or check.
