His expertise extended beyond a narrow range of home repairs; he skillfully tackled everything on my list, from doors and locks to lighting fixtures and my home water filtration system. Guy was hired to complete multiple projects for us. Initially, our main focus was to replace two sets of outdoor steps and an exterior door with a window. We came up with a firm bid for these projects, and Guy helped us identify the necessary materials and purchase them. His work was top-notch, and he never missed a promised deadline. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, we had to delay the window installation until the spring. To compensate, we hired Guy to complete other projects, including fixing a pocket door, installing closet shelving, lattice work for our porch, and wainscoting for our laundry room. These projects were completed on a time and materials basis, and were finished with the same level of professionalism as our previous projects. Additionally, Guy was always accommodating to my wife's requests. Throughout all the work, Guy was respectful of our COVID concerns. He kept us updated on schedules, material issues, and any other pertinent information through text message. He was very personable, and over the course of our several weeks working together, he became a new friend. In the spring, we plan to resume work on the window installation, and we will definitely be looking to hire Guy for any future projects. We highly recommend him not only as a great contractor but also as a wonderful person to work with.

In the recent past, Guy Dickson served as our contractor for various projects in California. Despite the rain, he worked diligently, climbing a 28' ladder to replace rotten boards on our upstairs deck and fix old ceiling joists. Additionally, he successfully remodeled our downstairs bathroom and laundry rooms. Guy proved himself trustworthy, punctual, and skilled in his craft.
