For more than seven years, I have been providing personalized instruction on infield, outfield, and hitting techniques. Besides being an assistant coach for a 10U softball team, I’ve assisted high school softball and football teams with their strength and conditioning training. With my extensive knowledge in Weightlifting and nutrition, I aim to help athletes enhance their overall performance, not just in their sport.
