Danny Bravo is amazing! He provided invaluable assistance in the installation of attic stairs in my home, which was not originally equipped with them (although I won't mention the builder responsible). From the outset, Danny displayed exceptional attention to detail by immediately requesting the installation manual and spending upwards of thirty minutes perusing it and asking pertinent questions (I had already done some preparatory work). He then proceeded to gather his tools, despite my belief that I already possessed all necessary equipment - as it turned out, this was not the case. Furthermore, due to the scuttle hole being not entirely square (thanks to the aforementioned home builder), we encountered several obstacles along the way. However, through our joint efforts and with Danny's expert leadership, we were successfully able to overcome all difficulties and ultimately achieve a sturdy and safe installation. Five stars are simply not sufficient to extol Danny's remarkable capabilities - he is truly deserving of ten!

The great new gate is much appreciated! However, it would have been helpful if you had dismantled the old gate with the tools you had while you were here. Unfortunately, we don't have the necessary tools and cannot move the old gate in one piece for garbage or recycling purposes. This is quite disappointing.
