Initially, he performed admirably, exerting effort to assist me in scheduling and devising the perfect plan for my needs. During our session, he proved to be amiable and affable, but unfortunately, that was the extent of his involvement. Subsequently, I did not receive any further correspondence from him. It is plausible that it may have been a misunderstanding or an unforeseen obstacle impeding his communication, though regardless, I never received any updates regarding the next steps that were set to occur.

From my very first interaction with him, I knew that if I wanted to seriously pursue my fitness goals, he was the person I needed to help me achieve them. My experience with him was truly incredible. During a deadlifting session, he offered a minor yet impactful adjustment to the way I was allocating weight on my body. This simple tip made a huge difference. I decided to book him for 8 sessions and I must say he is an encyclopedia! He answered every single question I had, from how to distribute weight and hand position, to the best positioning for each exercise. Not only did he provide me with the know-how, but he also explained the "why" behind each technique. He informed me about which muscles were being engaged and where not to feel the weight. His extensive knowledge coupled with his gentle demeanor made him not only an excellent trainer but also one of the smartest individuals I have ever encountered.

Occasionally, he even goes the extra mile to assist me, and whenever I have random inquiries, he is always responsive. I feel fantastic after our brief sessions, which seem to go by so quickly!
