As an evidence-based personal trainer, my approach involves utilizing my expertise to create a comprehensive game plan. Each month, we will assess your personal metrics such as weight, body fat percentage, etc. to determine if any adjustments need to be made to optimize your training. I understand that not every strategy works for every client, so I will work diligently to find the best approach for you and quickly pivot to a contingency plan if needed.

What resonates with me most about my profession is building authentic connections with my clients. Whether we train together multiple times a week or just once, I cherish every opportunity to learn from and educate my clients on how to live a healthier lifestyle. Having shed more than 200 pounds in recent times, I realized that I needed to begin hitting the gym and training hard.
