In 2018, Dana joined John Bruno Strength and Conditioning as a nutrition coach. As an enthusiastic ashtanga yogi, Dana also aimed to gain more knowledge on resistance training, particularly since she was approaching fifty and raising three children. Her strong commitment to strength training paid off as she saw considerable progress in her arms, legs, shoulders, and butt, leading her to want to learn more about programming and teaching. After a comprehensive one-on-one training apprenticeship on John's training methods, she has been working as a trainer since 2019, continuing her fitness regimen, nutrition coaching, and working towards her personal trainer certification, which she passed with ease.
Dana is now training several of John's clients who enjoy her positive encouragement and gentle disposition during their difficult but safe workouts. Through his rigorous training program, John has acquired a valuable team member, who efficiently works with all his clients while maintaining an array of knowledge and continuing to learn.
