Dana is an incredible professional whom I will definitely continue to rely on. Since I adopted my feral baby, she has been incredibly frightened of everything, and in the nine months since, I have been unable to groom or pet her. However, after Dana shaved her matted fur, it was like I had a new cat! I can now pet her and it is truly amazing - I even cried tears of joy. Grooming your pet at home has never been easier than this. Dana arrived promptly and started playing with my cat right away. For the next hour, my cat hardly made a fuss except during bath time since it is petrified of water. To ease my cat's anxiety, Dana wisely opted for waterless shampoo. Dana exceeded my expectations! My cat Harry, who has long hair, had serious tangles that I couldn't manage on my own despite my efforts. He became aggressive during grooming, so I had to ask my vet for medication to help calm him. Unfortunately, it wasn't very effective. Luckily, Dana responded promptly to my request and arrived the very next day. She was confident that she could handle the task and I warned her that it would be tough. However, she took on the challenge and succeeded beyond measure. In a short span, she had shaved Harry's matted hair and transformed him into a different cat.
