As per his promise, Damor arrived on time and commenced his work immediately. The piano had not received any services for more than two decades, hence he started by cleaning it before tuning. I practice playing every day, and it's truly delightful to hear it sounding just as it used to, the way it should. I am content with his service and would certainly ask him to tune my second piano as well.
