Our project was left in a state of limbo due to an irresponsible contractor, resulting in sound issues where footsteps and vocal sounds from an upper tenant permeated to a lower tenant. After my wife contacted Daimon LLC, Bulant arrived from Brooklyn to assess the issue and accept the project. His team remained on-site for nine consecutive days, with the exception of one day, working in tandem to demolish problematic walls and install acoustiblock and sound absorbing drywall. Their work ethic and professionalism were truly admirable. Bulant's team exhibited patience and skill, receiving kudos for their efforts. Bulant himself displayed a keen ear in triangulating the source of sound, detecting a squeaky door hinge that I had wrongly assumed was caused by a faulty automatic door stop. The service provided by Daimon LLC was not as promised, which was disappointing. My husband and I engaged Bulent and his team to soundproof our daughter's bedroom, as she was being disturbed by the noise and vibration caused by our upstairs neighbors. Bulent was professional and explained the options and materials available. The price of $4500 seemed reasonable when compared to other similar services. However, after completion of the work, there was still some amount of noise and vibration, which was disrupting our daughter's peace. Bulent returned to inspect the work and acknowledged that, due to the level of noise and the construction of our building, the maximum possible noise reduction was achieved. He agreed to consider any additional suggestions we had for improving the situation. When we provided some alternative solutions, he dismissed them as ineffective or too expensive to implement. Furthermore, instead of being honest about his intention to discontinue further work, he went silent on us and only responded to our calls made from a different number. It has been a year since the work was completed, and there has been no further improvement in the situation, contrary to what was advertised on their website.
