Kima performed remarkably well in replacing the valves beneath the sink and removing the previous dishwasher to fit the new one. Our predicament was caused by Home Depot's refusal to install the dishwasher due to the uneven level of the floor where it rests in contrast to the kitchen floor. The previous owner had employed shoddy flooring techniques when constructing the house in the 80s. Kima skillfully installed the new dishwasher instead of replacing the distorted flooring. His composure, promptness, and receptiveness exhibited his professionalism, and his proficiency was evident.
