Based on the reviews, it seems that this business was once reliable and ethical up until 2018. However, there are no reviews from the past five years. Unfortunately, my personal experience in April 2023 has been quite different. When I spoke with Ms. Dahlberg in February, she appeared knowledgeable and trustworthy, but I was disappointed to learn that she had moved out of state a few years prior, despite the business being marketed as based in Charlotte, NC. Despite this, I decided to continue with her services, sending all my financial documents to her as requested. Ms. Dahlberg promised to have the set up and first year of bookkeeping completed within a week or two. However, more than two months have passed, and I have not received any completed bookkeeping. I have tried to contact Ms. Dahlberg via email and text numerous times, but have received no response. I have even given her deadlines to respond, but to no avail. This has been a disappointing and stressful experience, and I am sharing it in hopes of preventing other small business owners from going through the same thing. Please proceed with caution when considering Dahlberg Bookkeeping.
