With more than 20 years of experience as a Vice President in a variety of industries, including retail, e-commerce, fashion, SaaS, digital health, insurance, employee benefits, and banking, my expertise is bolstered by an MBA in Finance from Loyola University.
My areas of focus include customer experience, service delivery, global contact centers, Six Sigma, collaboration, agility, onboarding, renewals, startups, and inclusion. I am currently open to new job opportunities.
