Your quest for a personal trainer is complete.
Last spring, I discovered Doug on CrackerJack, and it was my first time using this platform. While I had previously worked with personal trainers, none of them matched Doug's knowledge, thoroughness, approachability, and adaptability. After injuring my knee over a year ago, Doug was able to work around my limitations, fortifying my knee and increasing my overall conditioning, which greatly improved my physical well-being.
Although I am taking a break to sustain my progress, I intend to return and work with Doug once more.
