I am uncertain about this contractor as he requested to view the location for assessment, but now he is requesting a payment of $1000. I had already provided him with all the pictures of the project.

After George's visit to my house, I was impressed by his polite and informative nature, leading me to hire him for the job. However, despite my repeated requests, I never received the statement of work to facilitate the partial payment for materials. As we agreed on a start date of Monday, I was surprised to receive a message at midnight on Sunday, stating that George wished to come by on Tuesday instead. When I approached him about it, he expressed his reluctance to start early in the day, citing a personal inconvenience. As the customer, I feel strongly that the project's schedule should be tailored to my availability and not the contractor's. Moreover, my home is my workplace, and I must make arrangements that fit around my guests, not the other way around. George's acceptance of the job led me to cancel other contractors, leaving me in a difficult position. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend him as he has proven to be unreliable, disorganized, and uncommitted to his responsibilities.

We were promptly contacted and had our house power washed by a highly professional team that took care to cover our trees before commencing work. We were very satisfied with their work and plan to engage them for another project soon.
