On CrackerJack, I contacted a couple of companies for a storm door installation. Gary promptly replied and was able to schedule the installation for two days later. His swift response left me greatly impressed. Being in the midst of new construction, I have been struggling to find skilled handymen for several projects I need done. Most of them do not even respond or turn up, while others are fully booked for the next couple of months. It was the cherry on top when Gary accommodated my request despite his busy schedule. He arrived on time and demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend D & G Home Services!

Gary was hired to replace the wood trim surrounding my front door, deal with holes in the siding used by critters to gain access to the basement, and renew my storm door. I was thoroughly impressed by Gary's work. Although we initially encountered communication issues concerning timing, he more than compensated for it. (This was especially commendable as I have had several adverse experiences with contractors this summer.) Gary's work was characterized by an excellent attention to detail, immaculate carpentry, a very reasonable rate, and thorough cleanup. He has a good grasp of the benefits and difficulties associated with older homes! I'm making a to-do list to hire him for more things... :)
