The following day, he personally inspected the project site for specific details. I requested that he carry out repairs on certain areas in addition to the work we initially agreed upon, which he accepted without any additional fees. My broken brick pavers needed replacement, a job of relatively small size. Joseph, despite this fact, responded quickly to my inquiry and arrived a couple of days later to complete the task. The price he quoted me initially was the price he ultimately charged. He was courteous and conducted himself with a high degree of professionalism. Due to Joseph's prompt response and reasonable price, I opted to assign him an urgent task in place of our regular handyman who was swamped. Essentially, the job entailed filling up a three-foot void in our front steps which had been custom-made around a tree. Joseph excavated the site, poured brand new concrete, and blended the bricks to give it a seamless finish.
