For more than three years now, I have been fortunate enough to work with Kiera, an exceptional Pilates and Weights trainer who has played a significant role in transforming my body. My posture used to be hunched, and I had no strength in the muscles between my shoulder blades that support proper posture. Kiera helped me establish connections with these muscles, and with her guidance, I succeeded in doing the exercises correctly. Though pilates is not easy to learn, Kiera's extensive knowledge and expertise have made it both enjoyable and successful for me. Unlike group classes, having a private instructor helps correct one's form while performing exercises, thereby, preventing injury. Speaking from personal experience, I almost hurt myself during a vacation group class, having been taught by erroneous trainers in the past. Kiera began by teaching me from scratch and correcting all my previous mistakes. As someone who discovered Pilates and weight training in my 60s, having a private instructor was vital for me to reap maximum benefits. Kiera's extensive knowledge in Pilates, weight training, and nutrition makes her the complete package!
