Though my initial plan was to carpet only three rooms, the fair pricing provided by Custom Design prompted me to opt for wooden floor planks in the living room and carpeted stairs. As a result of Chris and Lorenzo's spectacular work, my home transformed from merely pleasing to utterly delightful.

Samples were brought by Chris, who also wrote up a quote, remained committed to the price and provided all necessary paperwork. The installation was swift and painless once the carpet arrived, leaving me thoroughly satisfied with the entire experience. I would definitely consider enlisting Chris' services again.
